Booking

We require card on file when making an appointment. Your card will not be charged during this process. Please book at least 24 hours ahead.

Late cancellation/ No show fee

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Policy

We allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule.

No Tipping Policy

We do not accept any tips.

Payment Methods

We use Mangomint's Point of Sale system which utilizes Stripe for any card payments and it accepts any chip cards, contactless cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept cash, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. There are no additional charges for using any of our accepted payment methods.

Quality Guarantee

If you need to fix your nails, we offer a free fix within 5 days of service. This includes any fallen charms or chips. It’s better to prevent a broken nail! This does not include wear and tear. (E.g. onychophagy, handling heavy objects, using your nail to open things, etc)

Health and Safety

Please let us know ahead of your appointment if you have experienced any allergy symptoms with nail services, or if you have an open or inflamed skin. In the state of California, nail technicians are prohibited to work on broken or inflamed skin.

“No person working or training in an establishment or school shall perform services upon a surface of the skin or scalp where such skin is inflamed, or broken (e.g., abraded, cut) or where a skin infection or eruption is present; nor shall a person working or training in an establishment or school perform services if the skin of his or her hands is inflamed, or broken, or where a skin infection or eruption is present, without wearing gloves.”

Refunds

There are no refunds for all completed transactions for our services. Please communicate if you'd like any adjustments during your service.
